Jamie
Dental Assistant
Jamie joined our team in 2015 as one of our Dental Assistants. She resides in Lawrence and enjoys crafting and cooking with her two daughters in her free time. Jamie is also a certified personal trainer and teaches group fitness classes.
Kim
Dental Assistant
Kim is also one of our Dental Assistants. She started her career with dentistry in 1995 with our office and has attended several continuing education classes over the course of her career. She enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family. She lives just outside of Lawrence with her husband Richard and their two sons.
Jaden
Dental Assistant
I love to spend time with my friends and family and my puppy and my fiancé, Dakota. I grew up in Lebo KS and enjoy organizing and shopping and went to Flint Hills tech for dental assisting school.
Chey
Dental Assistant
Chey is one of our dental assistants and joined our team in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, playing music with her family, and learning cool fun facts to share with everyone. She and her husband, Dylan, are also amateur movie critics and foodies!
Baylee
Dental Assistant
Baylee is one of our dental assistants and joined our team in 2024. She lives in Tonganoxie and enjoys true crime shows/podcasts and loves spending time with family and friends.

Kayla
Office Manager
Kayla, our office manager, joined our team in 2018. She has always been a huge sports fanatic, but her all-time favorite is the Kansas City Chiefs. Kayla lives in Ozawkie, KS, with her husband, Trevor, and their daughter, Parker. You can often find them at Perry Lake, trying new foods, or spending time with family and friends.

Sarah is one of our Administrative Assistants and has been with us since Spring 2022. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, cheering on the KC Chiefs, and being outdoors. When the weather is nice, you can find her at Perry Lake soaking up the sunshine!

Anna-Maya
Administrative Assistant
Anna-Maya is one of our Administrative Assistants and has been with us since September 2024. She grew up in the Lawrence area and graduated from the University of Kansas in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys watching reality TV, making snacks, and spending time with her family and friends.
Casey
Administrative Assistant
Hailing from Manhattan, KS, Casey joined the Free State Dental family in January 2024. Since moving to Lawrence, she has enjoyed spending more time with her family here and exploring all that Lawrence has to offer. In her free time, she spoils her dog, Lady, and avidly watches her favorite football team. Go Cats!

Erin
Dental Hygienist
Erin is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Prior to entering the Johnson County Community College Dental Hygiene program, she attended Kansas State for one year. She has been in the dental profession since 1993 and has been with Free State Dental since 2007. Erin has lived in Lawrence since 2005 with her husband Bryan. Their oldest son Owen is attending Baker University, and their youngest son Isaac attends Free State High School. Erin enjoys time outdoors and time with her dogs!
Sara
Dental Hygienist
Sara is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined our practice in the summer of 2020. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Johnson County Community College in 2010. Sara lives in Tonganoxie, Kansas with her husband, Kevin, and their dogs. She also helps out in the office at their own small business, Kevin’s KC Brake and Auto Repair, located in the Crossroads District in KCMO. In her spare time, Sara loves to travel, try new restaurants, and be outdoors with her husband going for a run, kayaking, or just sitting on the deck watching the sunset.
Brynn
Dental Hygienist
Brynn joined our team summer of 2021 and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Ottawa and loves spending time with her family, friends, her faith, and her most handsome fur baby Grizzwald. Her passion is fitness and traveling the world in search of the best beaches and key lime pie.
Kathryn
Dental Hygienist
Kathryn is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our team in the spring of 2024 after serving our community through her work in public health. Born in Florida but raised in Lawrence, Kathryn is now raising her four daughters in the home she grew up in. When she isn’t in the office, you can find Kathryn supporting her daughters on the field, on the court, or on the mat.

Anna
Dental Hygienist
Anna joined Free State Dental in June of 2024. Anna is a Registered Dental Hygienist and attended Wichita State University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been involved in dentistry since 2017, including working in pediatric dentistry. She is excited to be working in our Lawrence and new Desoto location. Anna enjoys watching reality TV, shopping, trying new foods, and cheering on the Chiefs.
